As of this date, I am now a member of Great Trail Sandy Beaver Chapter of the North Country Trail Association.  The Ohio Valley Chapter that once existed in the Marietta of Washington County was merged into Great Trail Sandy Beaver.  This chapter is in Ohio and oversees North Country's 84 mile, East Independent Arm, which is a designation that I use in the Ohio Transit Hiker's Resource to describe this distance trail as being east of the Buckeye Trail's 1,441mi loop.  They're routed from the Ohio State/ Pennsylvania Commonwealth Line to Zoar of Tuscarawas County that includes the Beaver Creek State Park near Lisbon of Columbiana County.
