The electrical problem with the right headlight occurs prior to the fuse block. That is something I hoped wasn't going to be.  With the millimeter positive probe in fuse #66's positive terminal, I've found that it was only reading 0.22V. I tested the other head light's #65 fuse and it read 11.88V... just like it should.

Im beginning to suspect that there's a bad ground somewhere. And the electric tailgate releases operation has been weak, too.

4lbs of ground beef yeilded 13 meals in Mason jars.  I placed two bags of egg noodles in freezer bags and they'll remain there until I go to make a soup.  I still have 3 green peppers and 4 onions left.  I won't go into Wellington until tomorrow and after I get done with my trail maintenance.
I've been canning today.  It always makes a mess. The wheel barrel has been converted into a dish washing tub.  Since I've had to refil the 26L Aquatainer multiple times and carry it back, my abdominal muscles are feeling sore.  It will have to be refilled once again before the night is out.
A member of the park staff came by my campsite today.  When I took over my segment 2 1/2 years ago, I introduced myself to them and she recognized me after all this time.  Seems that the Buckeye Trail has a irrigation problem and the park would like the BTA to produce the labor to fix it.  They're willing to contribute the supplies.  I then referred her to the segment's maintainer.

Tailgate latch won't pop.  It's as if there isn't any power going to it.  I looked at the relay in the fuse box, pulled it, but don't know how to inpect it yet.
Attempted manual release, but the only thing my screw driver caught was something plastic.
Drove to Headlands SP to try and bump it back in to functionality, but it hasn't worked.  I'll probably have to craw back there again and have a look at the manual release compartment to see if I missed anything with a flashlight.  Otherwise, I'll have to destroy that back sheilding to find something, then tie a longer cord to the manual release.
