The Pressure canner needs to have it's #8 O-ring replaced before each canning session. I tried to re-use one, but it was warped and was leaking pressure from the pressure guage hole.
Today, I made chili with 3.77lbs of ground beef. Right now, I'm trying to hold 10psi of pressure and it's doing that with a 4 setting on the flat range top.

A 23 quart pressure canner was procured from Bed, Bath and Beyond in Sandusky of Erie County. It retailed for about $105.
